THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Multifamily Project Manager, you'll lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, taking ownership of the schedule, budget, project team, and client experience.

You'll work closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, clients, architects, and other project partners to deliver successful multifamily projects while maintaining Pavilion's standards for safety, quality, schedule, and performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead multifamily projects from preconstruction and startup through completion and closeout
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project plans
• Lead preconstruction and project meetings, establishing clear expectations for project stakeholders
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, architects, clients, and other project partners
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and overall performance
• Manage subcontractor performance, project documentation, changes, and contractual requirements
• Identify project risks and proactively resolve schedule, cost, scope, and coordination challenges
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with project teams and stakeholders
• Use Pavilion's project management systems and procedures to maintain accurate project information and reporting
• Lead, coach, and develop project team members
• Build strong client and trade partner relationships while driving successful project delivery

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 2+ years of experience working on multifamily, senior housing, hospitality, or similar construction projects
• Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, or in a similar construction project role
• Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project documents
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, subcontractors, design partners, and internal teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software
• A collaborative approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
