Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $20M+.
• Strong knowledge of means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and risk.
• Experience leading projects in commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, multifamily, manufacturing, or institutional sectors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across NH and surrounding region.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership through all phases of construction from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, forecasting, cost controls, and contract administration.
• Lead client interactions and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subs.
• Oversee project teams including PMs, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
• Conduct project reviews and ensure financial targets and objectives are met.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor buyouts, change orders, and procurement strategies.
• Collaborate with preconstruction during estimating, value engineering, and planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks with effective problem-solving strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, standards, and quality control.
• Support business development with client presentations and pursuits.
• Mentor team members and promote professional growth.
