Job summary

A construction management firm is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-visibility projects shaping communities. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from preconstruction to closeout, while ensuring quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have 5–12+ years of experience managing projects from $5M to $50M+, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in tools like Procore and MS Project. Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $150,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits will be offered.

Qualifications

• 5–12+ years of progressive PM experience with a GC/CM on ground-up and/or renovation projects.
• Proven success managing projects ranging $5M–$50M+.
• Strong understanding of contracts and buyout strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead team meetings and ensure productivity.
• Create detailed schedules and manage forecasts.
