Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise-wide projects, guiding cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes across the full project lifecycle from initiation to post-implementation.

You will mentor PMO staff, manage budgets and resource plans, develop charters and governance artifacts, and partner with executives to ensure value realization and operational impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of progressive project management experience leading large-scale initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects with high visibility and impact.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risk strategies.
• Prepare and contribute to RFPs, SOWs, charters, timelines, and evaluation frameworks.
• Communicate scope, risks, and dependencies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior PMO staff and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business owners and IT to deliver ROI and meaningful value.
