Qualifications

• BS degree in a business field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of directly related experience.
• PMP, CSM, and ITIL certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple medium to large-scale projects.
• Coordinate project deliverables, plans and status reports.
• Identify resources needed and coordinate schedules for timely completion.
• Create project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, risks, contingency, budgets.
• Facilitate status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups.
• Monitor risk and control measures to meet outcomes on time and budget.
• Work with end users and stakeholders to align goals and information needs.
• Monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasting.
• Prepare status reports and inform team and clients of issues.
• May perform duties outside normal hours as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
