• Proven track record delivering complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong budget management and resource allocation experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for all stakeholder levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, resources and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project engineers and teammates.
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress and keep projects on plan.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and manage changes across the lifecycle.
• Communicate status, KPIs and stakeholder updates regularly.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and industry standards.
