Job summary

JCJ Architecture, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day management and delivery of architectural projects in Las Vegas. The role emphasizes scope, schedule, and budget, with leadership of the project team and alignment with Design Leader and Document Team Leader.

Regular reporting to the Managing Director is expected to support decision-making. The role grows from PM to Senior PM with increasing project size and responsibility, requiring strong client communication and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or construction-related field preferred.
• 8+ years of project management experience in architecture or construction.
• Professional Registration preferred.
• Experience supervising project managers.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, budget, and schedule with leadership input.
• Lead project teams and coordinate client communications to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain project plans, hours budgets, and staffing with the Managing Director.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and contract administration for projects.
• Mentor junior PMs and ensure QA and documentation throughout the project life cycle.
• Support senior leadership in proposal development and client meetings.
