Job summary

Jacobs Solutions Inc. is seeking a driven Project Manager/Senior Architect for the Cities & Places market in the Las Vegas, NV area. The role focuses on leading multi-disciplinary design teams, building client relationships, and expanding Jacobs' presence through strategic growth and regional leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in vertical buildings, strong management experience, and a track record with Clark County. Travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect
• 15+ years of experience in vertical buildings programs
• 5+ years of management or leadership involving direct client contact and full responsibility for projects
• Proven connections in the market and prior experience with Clark county
• Proven ability to strategize and direct business growth and direction
• Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated experience developing clients, pursuing new opportunities, or helping grow a market presence
• Experience leading and mentoring project team members
• Experience managing large or complex projects across multiple market sectors
• Ability to travel to other office locations
• A valid driver's license
• Prior project experience in Aviation and/or Municipal
• LEED accreditation
• NCARB Certificate holder
• PMP certification

Responsibilities

• Lead building design projects consisting of multi-discipline teams.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Shape long-term regional strategy and market presence.
• Guide growth and strategic planning as part of management.
• Strengthen Jacobs' presence in Southern Nevada through business development and community engagement.
• Travel to client sites and project locations as required.
• Collaborate with clients, general contractors, and trade partners.
• Align project delivery strategies with design/bid/build, design-build or IPD.
