Job summary

LVI Associates in Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager to lead architectural projects from planning through construction completion. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships while guiding internal teams and ensuring successful delivery.

The role requires strong leadership across multiple projects, with accountability for project profitability and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in architecture, design, or construction-related project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables.
• Lead project teams and collaborate with designers, architects, consultants, and technical staff.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout projects.
• Develop execution strategies and ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and maintain communication with teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and address risks, challenges, and resource needs.
• Oversee consultant coordination and alignment with objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage communications and provide updates to clients and leadership.
• Participate in presentations and project reviews.
• Develop and manage project budgets and fee structures.
• Monitor profitability, labor utilization, and resource allocation.
• Track progress against budgeted hours and targets.
• Manage invoicing, billing forecasts, and AR coordination.
• Implement corrective action plans when needed.
• Mentor project staff and junior managers.
• Support collaboration between design and production teams.
• Assist staffing plans and resource management across projects.
• Promote QA/QC throughout delivery.
• Participate in proposals, interviews, and pursuit strategies for new work.
• Identify opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Support business development with expertise and client engagement.
