Position Summary

The T1 FS Integration Project Manager Lead serves as the project controls, contractor management, and material handling lead driving performance and milestone execution across advanced semiconductor tool hookup. Embedded within a fast-paced fab environment, this role takes end-to-end ownership of project controls, contractor onboarding, readiness, and communications. By bridging the gap between high-level project scheduling and site installation, the Integration lead ensures complex tool packages transition seamlessly from design release to construction hook-up.

A central focus of this role is maintaining digital governance and asset tracking across platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Assets/Forms) and enterprise scheduling tools. The Integration PM Lead monitors real-time installation velocity, tracks trade headcount and deliverables across process piping, sheet metal, and electrical disciplines. As the first point of contact for materials management, they verify BOQs against design BOMs, identify long-lead items, work with internal financial and procurement teams, and manage material vendor supply availability and delivery of goods.

Beyond milestone tracking, this individual functions as a key project management diplomat across the site—synchronizing daily priorities between design groups, general contractors, expat engineering teams, and executive leadership. The Integration PM Lead proactively communicates project scope, manages design delivery and quality, engages in strategic alignment decision making, highlights project risks, and executes on continuous improvement plans.

Role and Responsibilities
Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Responsible for construction contractor performance.
  • Oversee the management and handling of materials from design to construction.
  • Manage contractor scope assignment and delivery of design. Communicate with FS construction partners.
  • Lead team of 7 engineers and project managers and 5 project management contractors.
  • Work with DSK expats to develop and execute design strategy.
  • Provide technical ownership of ACC for design communication with internal and external contractors.
  • Report and communicate contractor headcount, quality, and safety metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.

  • 10+ years of industry experience. Preferably with time in the semiconductor industry.

  • 6+ years of experience with project controls, scheduling, and technical integration. PMP certification is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience working directly on-site alongside trade contractors.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
