The Project Manager Lead (Tool Hookup Mechanical) acts as the primary engineering and construction leader for process mechanical and exhaust hookup operations within a semiconductor foundry. This role bridges the gap between factory operations, tool vendors (OEMs), and trade contractors to ensure that highly complex manufacturing equipment is safely, efficiently, and precisely connected to the facility’s utility infrastructure. The position carries ultimate accountability for the mechanical scope's safety, schedule, quality, and budget from tool arrival to final factory handover.
The current base salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $151,500. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs.
