Michael Page is assisting a leading Los Angeles-based General Contractor in finding a tenured Senior Project Manager to lead a division with a strong pipeline and growth trajectory. The role requires leadership of project teams, client management, and a track record of delivering complex construction programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Previous LAUSD/DSA projects required.
• Leadership experience managing teams and clients.
• Estimating experience is a plus.
• Experience with Cost +, negotiated work, MS Project, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and maintain a project schedule using lean principles.
• Lead onboarding and contract negotiations with trade partners and vendors.
• Coordinate BIM with Pre-construction team and resolve conflicts.
• Communicate project status to client and leadership with detailed reports on budget, schedule, quality, safety and changes.
• Conduct weekly OAC meetings and provide required reports and documentation.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with trades, vendors and key personnel.
