Job summary

Qlarant in the United States is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead large, high‑impact programs from initiation to completion. You will ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget, while meeting stakeholder expectations.

The role requires strategic planning, risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration across departments including Data and Medical Review to align project objectives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including leading large and complex projects.
• Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously with successful outcomes.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid PM approaches.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with PM software such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules, and budgets with risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data and Medical Review.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Oversee communications and ensure clarity of project goals.
• Manage and respond to CMS DIS communications and legal document handling.
• Oversee the entire payment suspensions workload from initiation to resolution.
