Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in project management, including leading large and complex projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with successful delivery outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects, aligning with objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while managing risks and issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Data and Medical Review, for seamless progress.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular status reports to leadership.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to resolve conflicts.
• Manage communications with CMS Division of Investigative Support (DIS).
• Receive legal documents and ensure timely notification to parties.
• Oversee payment suspensions workload from initiation through resolution.
