Worley is seeking a Project Manager – responsible for directing portfolio, mid-cap, or large-cap Chemicals & Fuels projects, including refining, petrochemical, fuels, and terminals. The role emphasizes safety, risk management, constructability, and stakeholder alignment, with executive leadership to ensure safe, compliant, and profitable delivery.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, ensuring governance, and managing costs, schedules, and quality.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in project management, engineering, or technical leadership within energy/power sectors.
• Experience delivering large/mega scale Chemicals & Fuels projects (EPCM/EPC).
• Strong brownfield/operating facility project experience including regulatory work.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for large Chemicals & Fuels projects.
• Establish project objectives, success criteria, and execution strategies.
• Ensure governance, decision making, and accountability across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and startup.
• Lead and mentor project managers and engineers.
• Drive value creation, sustainability, and innovation in project delivery.
