Worley seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects across refining, power generation, midstream and pipeline operations in Englewood, Colorado. The role focuses on planning, executing and optimizing projects to improve safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.

This position requires 15+ years of engineering experience, a strong background in project management, and collaboration with client teams to deliver technically sound outcomes on a 3‑day hybrid schedule and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; PE preferred.
15+ years engineering experience; 10-12 years delivering projects in refinery environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering delivery on refining, power generation, midstream and pipeline projects from concept through execution and close-out.
Define project scopes, execution strategies, schedules and budgets; communicate to stakeholders.
Oversee design and implementation of process improvements and debottlenecking initiatives.
Manage contractor and vendor relationships and ensure project specifications are met.
