Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Orlando or Jacksonville, Florida offices. Senior PMs supervise land development projects, ensuring conformance to contracts, budgets, and schedules, while mentoring engineers and technicians.

You will lead design, plan production, permitting, and client relations, develop proposals, build partnerships with public agencies and communities, and drive professional development within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural or Civil engineering.
• P.E. license in Florida.
• 10 years of experience managing land development projects from concept to completion.
• Experience with estimating project costs and schedules.
• Strong communication with clients, agencies, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a group of engineers and technicians to serve clients.
• Prepare proposals and client agreements.
• Develop trusting relationships with clients, agencies and community leaders.
• Coordinate tasks, budgets, and schedules to meet timelines.
• Champion professional development within the project team.
• Lead design, plan production and permitting for land development projects.
• Contribute to design and production standards within the firm.
