KCI Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Project Manager with land development engineering experience to join our team in Florida. The role requires strong project management skills, client interaction, and oversight of design efforts across residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects.

You will work with junior staff, prepare permits, manage budgets, and ensure quality and timelines. A PE license is required, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Project.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 6 years of related professional experience, or 10 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in project management roles, with focus on larger-scale projects or programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage design projects and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality control standards are met.
• Provide detailed design for land development projects including residential, commercial, industrial considerations.
• Prepare permit applications and pursue approvals; develop professional relationships with clients.
