About the Role

Bohler’s Manhattan, NY office is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex land development projects, commercial, residential, and industrial, across New York City. You’ll set the pace for project excellence, elevating your team’s performance, strengthening client partnerships, and shaping outcomes that reflect Bohler’s impact on the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution for large-scale land development projects
• Manage financial outcomes, including budgets, contracts, and profitability
• Cultivate strong client partnerships and represent projects in community and public forums

• Mentor and develop project managers and technical teams to foster growth and excellence

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• 15+ years of land development and site design experience
• At least 7 years of staff management and leadership experience
• Expertise in grading, stormwater management, zoning, utility design, and permitting
• Strong communication, public presentation, and organizational skills
