Bayer seeks a Project Manager for Laboratories, Offices, Warehouse and Site Infrastructure in Columbus, Ohio. The role leads design through commissioning, coordinating labs, offices, warehouses, and security interfaces to deliver a ready campus.

Initial travel to design firms is required with a potential remote period; relocation is available. Strong leadership and 10+ years in complex site-development projects are expected, with fluent English and a background in regulated environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant capital-project or construction-management experience.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery against the approved area budget and schedule.
• Coordinate procurement packages and equipment delivery priorities.
• Lead technical specifications, bid evaluations, and equipment acceptance activities.
• Direct assigned construction activities through delivery partners.
• Coordinate lab, office, and warehouse readiness and occupancy milestones.
• Support phased occupancy and transition to campus operations.
