Job summary

Bayer AG in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Project Manager — Laboratories / Offices / Warehouse / Site Infrastructure to lead planning, design, procurement, construction and handover of a greenfield API and DP manufacturing campus.

You will coordinate across Quality, laboratory users, Facilities, EHS, Security, Digital and the operating organization, manage budgets and schedules, supervise suppliers, and ensure commissioning and operational readiness in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, construction management, or architecture.
• 10+ years of capital-project or construction-management experience.
• Experience leading complex lab, warehouse and site-development projects in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver support-facilities and site-development scope.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing and handover.
• Lead interface across lab, workplace, logistics, security, and utilities.
• Manage budget, schedule, procurement and vendor reviews.
• Ensure commissioning and operational readiness.
