Job summary

Dick Anderson Construction in Jackson, WY is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the company's largest and most complex construction projects from estimate through completion. This role provides overall project direction, manages client relationships, and oversees construction, financial performance, and project teams.

Travel to various job sites is required. The position requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background and at least 10 years of project management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience.
• Experience working with owners, engineers, clients, employees, agency personnel, vendors, suppliers, customers, and the general public.
• Proficiency with computers and a variety of construction-related software.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned construction projects from estimating and pre-construction through project completion and closeout.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, project requirements, and site conditions to support accurate estimating and project planning.
• Develop project schedules, coordinate materials and subcontractors, and manage submittals and other pre-construction requirements.
• Plan and direct company crews and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Work closely with Superintendents, project teams, owners, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project.
• Monitor job costs, quantities, schedules, forecasts, and overall project financial performance.
• Prepare and manage change orders, including supporting documentation and subcontractor changes.
• Provide regular project updates regarding progress, projected costs, scheduling, risks, and other project issues.
• Oversee project closeout, including substantial completion, final job-cost review, and required documentation.
• Support the management and development of project personnel in coordination with company leadership.
• Maintain accurate, organized project records and documentation.
• Travel to project sites as required.

Dick Anderson Construction is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team in Jackson, WY.

The Senior Project Manager oversees the company’s largest and most complex construction projects from estimate through completion. This role provides overall project direction, manages client relationships, and oversees construction, financial performance, and project teams. Working under the Vice President, the Senior Project Manager ensures projects are completed successfully while meeting company and client objectives. Travel to various job sites is required.
