Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale projects ($20M+).
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
• Experience working directly with owners and high-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for large, high-value construction projects
• Manage and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership
• Maintain direct relationships with owners, architects, and key stakeholders
• Oversee project financial performance, including budget, forecasting, and cost control
• Lead contract negotiations, risk management, and change order strategy
• Ensure successful execution from preconstruction through final completion
• Collaborate with executive leadership on project strategy and resource planning

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
