Job summary

MassMutual is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to define business and system scope, translate requirements, and lead complex projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with IT strategies and standards.

You will work in Investment Management Technology within MassMutual's Corporate Technology Team, driving BAU initiatives and major projects while maintaining data integrity and scalable designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7 years of experience with designing and implementing complex solutions.
• 5 years of investment management experience with an understanding of systems and data management.
• 5 year of experience with investment management systems (from front office to middle office, to back office)

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and test complex applications and system integration processes.
• Support portfolio management, investment operations, and risk management initiatives.
• Lead complex derivative accounting testing.
• Translate system architecture into scalable, maintainable designs.
