Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior project leader to guide strategic business and technology initiatives for our Institutional Client Group. Based in Minnesota, you will collaborate with business leaders to define scope, objectives, and delivery plans.

You will manage cross-functional teams, track risks, and report to executives, ensuring on-time, within-scope outcomes aligned with regulatory requirements and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in Institutional Client Group, corporate banking, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and governance.
• Ability to lead large, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication for senior and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic business and technology projects.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, risks, and success measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and product.
• Monitor performance, identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and executive communications.
• Drive change management, including process docs, training, and adoption.
• Analyze processes and workflows to identify efficiencies and improvements.
• Mentor team members and advance PM best practices.
