Job summary

M Booth in New York is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Innovation & Social to optimize workflows across two agency capabilities, including GEO and Social CoE. You will customize Monday.com, triage intake, and route requests to the right teams while shielding leads from ad-hoc tasks.

You’ll collaborate with developers and creative engineers, measure project health, and report status to leadership. The role offers a hybrid NYC environment with remote options and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive project management in a fast-paced creative, PR, or digital marketing agency.
• Experience customizing and scaling project management platforms and intake workflows in agency settings.
• Proven ability to work with developers, tech leads, and creative engineers.
• Practical or strong enthusiasm for AI tools and platform integrations to automate workflows.
• Broad understanding of modern digital marketing ecosystems and GAO concepts.
• Strong proficiency in Monday.com architecture and dashboarding.

Responsibilities

• Customize and refine existing Monday.com workflows, boards, and automation recipes for Innovation Tech/GEO and Social CoE teams.
• Refine intake forms and SOPs to properly scope and route AI/GEO and Social CoE requests.
• Track projects from briefing to delivery, using Monday.com, with regular status updates and milestone accountability.
• Gatekeep and triage intake, redirect ad-hoc requests, and safeguard specialist bandwidth.
• Allocate work to developers and leads based on live capacity; protect from overload.
• Leverage AI tools and automations to speed intake and boost team velocity.
• Coach account teams on proper briefing, requests, and collaboration with CoE hubs.
