Job summary

M Booth Health is seeking a Senior Vice President of Client Operations in a remote-friendly role or based in our New York office. You will lead the agency-wide Project Management discipline, partner with the Head of Operations to set vision and standards, mentor PM teams, and drive operational excellence across accounts.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in PM/Operations within an agency, strong executive communication, and a track record of scalable process improvement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Project Management, Operations and/or Client Operations within an agency environment.
• Experience leading Project Management teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong executive communication and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management discipline across the agency and set vision, standards, and expectations.
• Mentor and develop PM talent and build a collaborative PM community.
• Define ownership and decision-making across PM, Account, Creative, Strategy, and other disciplines.
• Improve forecasting, staffing, timelines, and delivery health across accounts and portfolios.
• Pilot AI-enabled and automated ways of working responsibly.
