Responsibilities

• Oversees project management staff, engineering support, and analytical expertise across planning to acceptance.
• Ensures compliance with budget, timelines, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepares detailed progress reports for the Board and County staff.
• Leads coordination on MOUs and JPAs with other entities.
