Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of construction management experience preferred.
• Experience with OSHPD/DSA hospital and school projects preferred.
• California license/ CCM preferred.

• Oversee one or more complex projects with a regional footprint or multiple services.
• Coordinate Owner's Authorized Representative (OAR) activities and client interfaces.
• Lead design management across all phases, including budgets and schedules.
• Review construction progress, change orders, and contract administration.
