Job summary

The New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority in Atlantic City, NJ seeks a Senior Project Officer-PIM to assist the Director of Project Implementation and Management with CRDA-funded projects. You will handle contract administration, scheduling, budget monitoring, reimbursement, and coordination of construction activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience in project/construction management, with strong knowledge of construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, or applicable field.
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of construction project oversight, including schedules, sequencing, materials, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitors project and field work to ensure CRDA-funded projects progress per schedules and contract requirements.
• Assists in planning, consultant hiring, RFPs, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts.
• Reviews plans and specifications, assists in bidding and awarding contracts, and flags issues affecting scope, cost, or schedule.
• Prepares check requests, monitors expenditures, and ensures timely documentation for payments and reimbursements.
• Reviews contractor payments, verifies costs align with work completed and contracts.
