Job summary

McGough Construction is seeking an Industrial Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects from inception through deployment. You will oversee resources, schedule, budget, and scope while partnering with owners, design partners, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial water/wastewater experience.
• Experience in a self-perform project environment.
• Familiarity with unionized labor settings.
• Proven ability to manage project financials and risk.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit, preconstruction and business development leadership.
• Lead CPM scheduling and Last Planner efforts with field staff.
• Manage project documentation, RFIs and submittals.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, change orders and cost control.
• Prepare and present project cost models and value schedules.
• Lead project meetings and support post-construction close-out.
