This position requires a Bachelor's in CM or Engineering and 10+ years of water/industrial construction experience, including self-perform and subcontractor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM or Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years on complex water/industrial projects.
• Direct water/wastewater construction experience.
• Self-perform experience strongly desired.
• Deep knowledge of water/wastewater processes and construction practices.
• Experience leading project teams and managing subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team and onsite safety, quality, and timely completion.
• Develop project cost reports and monitor job costs.
• Coordinate with superintendent on site logistics and contracts.
• Oversee pay requests and ensure owner/contract compliance.
• Build relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners.
