Just Construction Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver a major $90 million industrial development in Midland, Texas. The project spans 400,000 sq. ft. with tilt-wall construction and requires coordination of multiple complex packages.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years in construction project management, with proven experience delivering large-scale industrial facilities and strong expertise in budgets, foundations, building envelope and MEP coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction project management.
• Experience delivering large-scale industrial, commercial, warehouse or manufacturing facilities.
• Expertise in tilt-wall construction, including panel casting, lifting and erection.
• Proven ability to manage projects with budgets of $50 million or more.
• Strong knowledge of foundations, concrete slabs, structural steel, building envelope and MEP coordination.
• Excellent commercial, contractual and financial management capabilities.

• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary project team.
• Oversee safety, quality and schedule adherence.
