Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans that include tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
• Establish strong client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations, ensuring satisfaction, and recognizing potential business opportunities.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial limits. Identify opportunities to reduce costs without sacrificing project quality.
• Guarantee project deliverables meet specified quality standards and fulfill client requirements. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to uphold high-quality results.
• Lead and inspire project teams to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment. Delegate tasks, offer guidance, and regularly assess performances.
• Evaluate and oversee changes to project scope, documenting and communicating modifications to relevant parties.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in a comparable position.
• Demonstrated success as a Senior Project Manager, with a history of effective project oversight.
• Robust leadership and team management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at promoting collaboration among stakeholders and resolving conflicts positively.
• Profound knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
