Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Channel Sales, Industrial Solutions drives growth through strategic partnerships with distributors and resellers in the Industrial Solutions sector, including cabling, wiring, and manufacturing. This role involves designing and executing targeted sales strategies, navigating complex partner organizations, and providing tailored training to contractors and industrial professionals. The position requires industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and coordinate with BMS Marketing to implement effective programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and reseller partners.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for profitable growth.
  • Navigate and influence complex partner organizations.
  • Provide training and presentations to contractors and professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans.
  • Coordinate with marketing for incentives and promotions.
  • Manage or influence account reps and drive joint sales efforts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in AutoID or Mobility Space sales.
  • Experience in Technology Sales, IT Solutions, and Channel Partner Sales.
