Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Team Leader for the Industrial Center of Excellence (ICoE) to manage complex industrial facilities projects. You will coordinate with architectural, engineering, and specialty consultants, lead project execution, and maintain client relationships across national practice in Colorado.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with alternative delivery methods; PMP/PE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing industrial or manufacturing facilities projects.
• PMP certification or PE license preferred (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex industrial facilities projects from planning through closeout.
• Serve as primary client point of contact to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project execution plans and budgets.
• Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies to support delivery.
• Mentor junior project managers and support their development.
