Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Team Leader to join our Industrial Center of Excellence (ICoE) national practice. You will lead complex industrial facilities and advanced manufacturing projects, guiding clients' leadership and executive teams through CAPEX decisions.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, and risks, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with regional and national ICoE leadership to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience managing industrial or manufacturing facilities-related projects.
• PMP certification or PE license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex industrial facilities projects from planning through execution, managing client relationships, schedules and budgets.
• Develop and implement winning strategies for expanding the business and growing the team.
• Mentor junior project managers and collaborate with regional and national ICoE leadership.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and specialty consultants.
• Ensure project objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and quality meet client expectations.
