WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Team Leader to join our Industrial Center of Excellence (ICoE) national practice. You will lead complex industrial facilities and advanced manufacturing projects, guiding clients' leadership and executive teams through CAPEX decisions.
You will manage multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, and risks, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with regional and national ICoE leadership to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional client success.

This role will support a growing portfolio of industrial and advanced manufacturing projects and offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment focused on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. This position will include advisory interaction with our clients’ leadership and executive teams, guiding them in decisions around their most important CAPEX initiatives.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex industrial facilities projects from planning through execution, while managing client relationships, project teams, schedules, and budgets.
Expected Salary: $157,500- $233,600
