Qualifications

• This role requires 10+ years of PM/construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and staff key field positions.
• Monitor and control construction to meet schedule and budget.
• Assist with project pursuit and procurement including RFQ responses.
• Prepare subcontracts and update project schedules.
• Promote safety and oversee site operations and vehicle policy compliance.
• Learn and utilize ProCore, Viewpoint and other industry software.
