Job summary

InServ Corp. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the development, strategy and lifecycle management of multiple projects in life sciences, advanced manufacturing and related sectors.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize profitability, safety and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading planning, scheduling, site visits, cost reviews and rigorous change control, while maintaining supplier relations and adherence to budgets.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience with a process mechanical subcontractor in process piping, utility piping, HVAC, plumbing and structural steel.
• At least four years in a field management position.
• Experience on large ($5M+) heavy commercial construction projects.
• Experience with project development, scheduling, monitoring and control systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of project planning and execution, aligning with standards and client expectations.
• Lead project routines including kick-offs, status updates, stakeholder communications and change management.
• Conduct site visits to view project work and oversee estimation of work to be performed.
• Ensure quality workmanship, adherence to schedules, budget control and efficient labor utilization.
• Submit purchase orders, billing and accounts payable documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage fabrication and installation of Process/Utility Piping, HVAC, Plumbing, Structural Steel, Equipment Setting and Medical Gas.
• Maintain safety protocols in occupied Healthcare, Industrial and Bio Pharma facilities.
• Conduct monthly cost reviews and monitor cash flow and profitability.
• Build relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead teams with effective management techniques and promote continuous improvement and safety.
