Job summary

InServ Corp. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multi-disciplinary, high-stakes industrial construction projects in the Southeast, with 30% travel.

You will lead execution from concept through completion, drive profitability, and build lasting client relationships grounded in technical excellence. You will mentor upcoming leaders, coordinate engineering, procurement, and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality are top priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in industrial construction or related industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex capital projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and change management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coaching and developing others.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project conditions.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project execution strategies before work begins.
• Solve complex technical, operational, and scheduling challenges.
• Manage project financial performance, forecasting, and profitability.
• Direct change management and contract administration.
• Coordinate field operations, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and clients.
• Drive schedule performance while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Identify risks early and implement practical solutions.
• Foster long-term client partnerships through technical execution.
• Coach and develop project managers to strengthen future leaders.
