Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager in Columbus, OH to lead a division on a fast-growing construction program. You will drive schedule, budget, safety and quality across pre-construction and construction phases, coordinating with architects, engineers and trade partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Civil Eng, or Architecture.
• 2+ years project management experience in construction.
• Experience with cost + or negotiated work a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and maintain project schedule with Lean principles.
• Secure permits and manage inspections.
• Lead onboarding and contract negotiations with trade partners and vendors.
• Coordinate BIM with team to resolve conflicts.
• Report project status on budget, schedule, quality and safety to stakeholders.
• Run weekly OAC meetings and provide required reports.
• Coordinate trades and vendors; manage monthly invoices and funding approvals.
• Control scope changes with owners, architects and engineers for timely decisions.
• Oversee safety plans and punch-list closure to minimize rework.
• Assist with partner selection and subcontractor procurement as needed.
• Collaborate on phasing plans and project documentation.
