Commercial Contracting Corporation is seeking experienced Project Managers (Assistant PM, Project Manager, Senior PM) in Auburn Hills, MI. The role oversees scheduling, buyout, estimating, and document control for industrial/heavy commercial projects, with possible travel.

Key competencies include strong communication, planning, and leadership, plus knowledge of cost, scheduling, and procurement processes. Travel to job sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of related experience in General Contracting/Construction Management.
• WWTP experience required.
• Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and accounting principles.
• Experience with self‑performing general contractor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scheduling, buyout, estimating, and document control.
• Coordinate self‑perform and subcontractor scopes with field supervision.
• Oversee project finances including profit/loss, cost control, and change orders.
• Maintain submittal logs, shop drawings, and RFI processes to align with the schedule.
• Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
