Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience or internships with a General Contracting/Construction Management organization.
• Knowledge/experience with FTP sites and document control programs.
• Effective communication with supervisors, employees, and teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support project team with scheduling, project buyout, estimating, and document control.
• Collaborate with project management team and subcontractors.
• Assist in procuring closeout documentation from vendors and subs.
