Job summary

Dawar Consulting seeks a ProjectManager II for a Tucson, AZ-based role in CDx Pharma Services. You will lead small to complex projects, driving initiatives from concept through completion, managing plans, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities include coordinating teams to meet timelines and service commitments, monitoring workflow, and maintaining documentation while pursuing continuous improvement and data integrity across programs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or biotech environments.
• Experience leading product development or process improvement projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development, process improvement, and business projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, estimates, dashboards, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timelines, requirements, and service commitments.
• Monitor sample workflow and reporting activities to support execution and data integrity.
• Manage CAPEX budgets, resource trackers, and capacity planning.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and critical-path issues and drive solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and lead lessons-learned/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate project status and influence diverse stakeholders across the organization.
