Edwards Construction Group in Santa Barbara seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile multi‑level concrete development. You will direct planning, execution, financial performance, and safety across projects, aligning stakeholders and managing complex teams.

You’ll drive schedules, budgets, and quality while mentoring the project management team and ensuring client satisfaction in a competitive California market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Strong communication, budgeting, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Trimble Connect, P6/Primavera, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for complex and multiple projects, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Plan construction operations and schedules; manage resources and budgets.
• Review and negotiate prime and subcontract agreements.
• Submit progress billings and maintain project documentation.
• Mentor project management team and new hires.
