LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager I to lead medium‑to‑large, enterprise‑impact initiatives. You will partner across multiple functions to drive alignment, governance, and delivery excellence, delivering meaningful business outcomes.

You will influence decisions, navigate ambiguity, and shape PMO practices while mentoring peers and contributing to go‑to‑market efforts.

Qualifications

• 5–9+ years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional or regulated environments.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with executives.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with changing priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-to-large, complex projects or multiple concurrent initiatives with enterprise impact.
• Define and execute project governance, delivery standards, and roadmaps aligned to goals.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and interdependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders with executive-level reporting.
• Influence alignment across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other functions.
• Track performance with KPIs and mitigate risks proactively.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO process improvements.
• Support go-to-market execution, launch readiness, and cross-functional coordination.

About our Team

The Global Products & Analytics (GPA) Project Management Office (PMO) is a strategic, cross-functional team within LexisNexis Risk Solutions' Business Services organization that drives the successful delivery of high-impact programs and enterprise initiatives. The team partners with product, technology, analytics, and business leaders to align projects with strategic priorities, foster collaboration, and deliver measurable business value through strong governance, innovation, and operational excellence. Working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, the GPA PMO plays a key role in advancing solutions that help customers manage fraud, identity, financial crime, credit risk, and customer data challenges

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager I, you will lead medium-to-large, complex projects and strategic initiatives that have enterprise-wide impact. You will partner across multiple functions to drive alignment, manage delivery excellence, and ensure successful execution of key business priorities. This role offers the opportunity to influence decision-making, navigate ambiguity, and help shape project management best practices while delivering meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver medium-to-large, complex projects or multiple concurrent initiatives with enterprise impact.
• Define and execute project strategies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards aligned to organizational goals.
• Manage project roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and interdependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; provide executive-level communication and reporting.
• Influence decision-making and alignment across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other functions.
• Ensure project performance tracking through KPIs and proactively mitigate risks.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices.
• Support go-to-market execution, including launch readiness, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch optimization (as applicable).

Requirements

• Experience: 5–9+ years of project management experience, preferably within complex, cross-functional or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives forward.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing changing priorities, challenging timelines, and resource constraints.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and performance tracking frameworks.
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, data privacy, compliance) preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI tools within project management practices.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies preferred.

Additional location(s): Florida

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
