Job summary

LexisNexis Special Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager I to lead medium-to-large, enterprise-impact initiatives across functions. You will define strategies, govern delivery, and manage roadmaps, dependencies, and risks with cross-functional teams.

You will report to the GPA PMO and mentor junior managers, influence senior stakeholders, and support go-to-market activities. Experience in regulated environments and proficiency with PM tools are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5–9+ years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional or regulated environments.
• Ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives forward.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives while managing changing priorities, timelines, and resources.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and performance tracking frameworks.
• Experience in regulated environments (financial services, data privacy, compliance) preferred.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Experience leveraging AI tools within project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver medium-to-large, complex projects or multiple concurrent initiatives with enterprise impact.
• Define and execute project strategies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards aligned to organizational goals.
• Manage project roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and interdependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; provide executive-level communication and reporting.
• Influence decision-making and alignment across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other functions.
• Ensure project performance tracking through KPIs and proactively mitigate risks.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices.
• Support go-to-market execution, including launch readiness, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch optimization (as applicable).
