Working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, the GPA PMO plays a key role in advancing solutions that help customers manage fraud, identity, financial crime, credit risk, and customer data challenges ## **About the Role**As a Senior Project Manager I, you will lead medium-to-large, complex projects and strategic initiatives that have enterprise-wide impact. You will partner across multiple functions to drive alignment, manage delivery excellence, and ensure successful execution of key business priorities. This role offers the opportunity to influence decision-making, navigate ambiguity, and help shape project management best practices while delivering meaningful outcomes. ## **Responsibilities*** Lead and deliver medium-to-large, complex projects or multiple concurrent initiatives with enterprise impact.* Define and execute project strategies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards aligned to organizational goals.* Manage project roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and interdependencies across cross-functional teams.* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; provide executive-level communication and reporting.* Influence decision-making and alignment across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other functions.* Ensure project performance tracking through KPIs and proactively mitigate risks.* Mentor and guide junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices.* Support go-to-market execution, including launch readiness, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch optimization (as applicable). ## **Requirements*** Experience: 5–9+ years of project management experience, preferably within complex, cross-functional or regulated environments.* Proven ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives forward.* Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership.* Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing changing priorities, challenging timelines, and resource constraints.* Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and performance tracking frameworks.* Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, data privacy, compliance) preferred.* Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.* Experience leveraging AI tools within project management practices.* Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies preferred.**Risk benefit statement**Learn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and how we work https://relx.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/RiskSolutions/page/21c296c982531000b79663f3194b0000U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800.
