Job summary

Farm Credit Financial Partners, Inc. in Springfield, MA is seeking a Project Manager II to drive and deliver IT projects with minimal supervision. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget and timelines, and mentor junior project managers.

This hybrid role offers work-from-home on select days with in-office collaboration. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing complex information technology initiatives, PMP and Agile experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing complex information technology projects, preferably within financial services or banking.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Agile experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the project management process and deliverables for all assigned projects from initiation through closure.
• Projects will include in-house development and implementation of third-party vendor products.
• Assist in defining project scope, budget, timelines, and milestones that support business goals.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resources plans, and status reports.
• Plan, track and manage project schedules, tasks, and actions per PM methodology.
• Contribute to improvement of delivery methodologies, process documentation, and standards.
